How the firm works

Every engagement starts with a $50, 30-minute case assessment that ends in a written recommendation and a flat fee. There is no hourly billing. Consultations are held by video or phone, and documents are drafted, reviewed, and signed with the formalities each state requires. Estate plans are generally completed within four to six weeks.

The firm's focus is implementation, not paperwork: a trust only protects a family if the home and accounts are actually retitled into it, so funding is part of the work rather than an afterthought.
